Using this site

These terms apply when you use brandforgeusa.com, request a quote or place an order with Brand Forge USA. By using the site or ordering, you agree to them.

Quotes

A quote request is not an order. Prices, quantities, decoration options and timing depend on the project, and we confirm them with you before any work starts. A quote is based on the details you gave us; if the details change, the price may change too.

Orders and payment

Products listed in our online store show their price and are paid at checkout. Custom work is paid as agreed in your quote. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our online store.

Your artwork

When you send us a logo, design or other artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline work that uses artwork we believe you do not have the right to use, or that we are not comfortable producing.

Proofs, colors and sizes

We confirm the details of a custom order with you before it is made. Colors on a screen can look a little different from thread, vinyl, ink and engraving on a real product, and garment sizes vary by brand, so check sizes before you order.

Changes, cancellations and returns

Custom items are made just for you, so they cannot be resold. Changes or cancellations are possible until production starts; after that they may not be. If something is wrong with your order, contact us as soon as you can and we will look at it with you.

Pickup and shipping

Pickup and shipping options and timing are confirmed for each order. Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery times are up to the carrier.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, Brand Forge USA's responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its date, is the one that applies.
