Who we are

Brand Forge USA is a locally owned custom apparel and personalization shop in Eureka, Missouri. This policy explains what we collect when you use brandforgeusa.com, send us a quote request or place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

What you send us: your name, company or team, phone number, email, the details of your project, and any logo or artwork you upload.

When you order: your name, email, phone, shipping or pickup details and what you ordered. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

When you browse: like most websites, ours records basic visit information such as the pages you view, the browser and device you use, and how you arrived. Cookies and a Meta (Facebook) pixel do this for us.

How we use it

To answer your quote request, make and deliver your order, keep you posted about it, and keep records of the work we do. To understand which pages help people find what they need, and to measure our advertising.

Your logo and artwork are used to make your order and to show you a proof or preview. We do not use them for anything else without asking you first.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop: Print Laser Pro, which runs our online store, checkout, order records and quote forms; Stripe, which processes payments; the shipping carriers that deliver your order; Meta, for the pixel that measures visits and ads; and Google, which provides the map on our pages. We may also share information when the law requires it.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can manage how Meta uses your activity in your Facebook ad preferences. The site still works without them.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, orders and artwork for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions about it and keep the records the law asks of a business.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for an order or our records. Email Bill@brandforgeusa.com and we will take care of it.

Children

Our site is for adults ordering for themselves, their families, teams and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
